制備方法
在抗壞血酸的溶液中先后加入碳酸氫鈉、異丙醇,經反應即得,也可由抗壞血酸與碳酸鈉加熱反應,過濾而得。

用途簡介
D-抗壞血酸鈉維生素C鈉被用作營養增補劑和抗氧化劑，其作用與Vc相同，醫藥上用于補充維生素C，該品1g的生理功能相當于0.89gVc。由于它具有無酸味、易溶于水等優點，添加于食品和飲料中可用于抗氧化，能有效防止食品和飲料變色，變味。因此被廣泛用于火腿、香腸、魚糕的保鮮固色和月餅、蛋糕的防霉。加入化妝品中用于防皺、抗衰老、美白。據報道，月餅中加入適當比例的Vc-鈉，能使其保持清香、新鮮，保存期可達40天以上。
用途
1.肉類和其他食品的抗氧化劑。

2.作食品營養強化劑，還可作護色劑和抗氧化劑。作用與抗壞血酸相同。
